Phi2stl is available in a Matlab code, ready to be integrated with existing optimization codes. Just call the function using one of the available ways defining the direct variables (e.g. phi2stl(phi, r, res)) . For utilizing all the available tools, the user has to modify the built-in parameters (flipping, symmetry, periodicity, and changing orientation).
